Patrick F. Ruggiero M.D.

Originally from Manhasset, Long Island, Dr. Ruggiero graduated from SUNY at Albany with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry.  He received his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York, followed by a residency program affiliated with Yale University in Bridgeport, CT.

Dr. Ruggiero is Board Certified and a Diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  He has served as the Medical Director for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital and was the Perinatal Chairman there for eighteen years.  Dr. Ruggiero also lectures and supervises medical students as a clinical professor for SUNY Upstate Medical Center since moving to Binghamton in 1988.
